In chapter two the common myths associated with panic
attacks are easily seen for what they truly are, simply myths.
It was interesting to learn how these common myths can make
people suffer a tremendous amount from panic attacks simply
because they believe a lie or let fear take over because of the
false and mislead thoughts going through their minds.
After a solid foundation is established, chapter three
explains a groundbreaking technique called One
Move that is designed to stop panic attacks from
effecting people’s lives. This technique is powerful because it
is not only intended to alleviate symptoms, but also its main
purpose is to tackle the root or core problem associated with
anxiety and panic attacks.
